When you can use the europrotocol
Two vehicles are involved and only the cars are damaged — no people injured. Both drivers hold valid OGPO policies and agree on the circumstances.
The damage does not exceed 100 MCI — 432,500 tenge in 2026. Both drivers' mobile numbers are registered in the Mobile Citizens Database.
If the damage exceeds the limit, someone is injured or fault is disputed — call the police.
How to file
Download the Europrotocol app (App Store, Google Play; some banking apps have the feature too) and photograph the damage and the scene.
Fill in the notice and sign it together with the other driver — it goes to the insurer automatically. Filing takes up to 15 minutes; payout — up to 6 days.

FAQ
What do I need to get a quote?
The calculator uses your parameters: region, vehicle type, driver's age and experience, bonus-malus class. The plate number and IIN are needed later, when issuing the policy.
Is the policy valid immediately?
Yes, the electronic policy is valid from the start date you choose and appears in the unified database at once.
Is this an official policy?
Yes. The policy is issued directly by a licensed insurer and registered in the unified insurance database.
